Does anyone else think IOR might not have let Wilson buy/loan anyone because they are undecided about getting rid?

Maybe they have given him a target to hit in January before any money is given?

If he had brought in three or four new faces only to be given the boot, a new mananger may not have rated the newies.

A bit like deciding whether or not to spend money on repairs to your car or replacing it with a new one.
