In my opinion, this case was a complete waste of tax payers money and only went to court so the police can justify their large presence at football games.

Exactly Mr.Bap....the 2 arrests that day were definetly done to justify there presence!!!!

The lad in question is a very quiet lad....who doesn't swear at Football matches???? sctatchinghead sctatchinghead

And why the need to photograph him coming out of Court???? sctatchinghead
It's all the shoplifting druggy burgaling mugging smackrats that should be photographed but very rarely have their photos in The Mail!!!!
We should be made aware of the kunts....not someone who 'swore' at a Football match!!!! banghead

Frank???? sctatchinghead sctatchinghead

What a load of toss.

Should never have been lifted never mind ended up in court.

Exactly what laws would you be breaking if you were to blow up Hartlepool Police Station with a big fat bomb?

I walked past when that happened, another example of the police justifying their presence. Perhaps they should be in town arresting the smackheads who accost people for money

i would just like to say that after speaking to lliam half of the stuff that was said in court didnt happen...he did not get a warning.. did not walk away ....he swore a couple of times which he admitted and apologised as soon as he was pulled up by the police....im thinking of making an official complaint as i believe the officer has added stuff that didnt happen....by the way i am his dad

I would love to see you make a successful complaint.
I wont condone hooliganism, but there are too many unjustified arrests these days & the police know they can get away with it because anyone at football is deemed guilty before we start.

most police statements say the same and just the name and the crime are different

appeal - they have cctv - marry it up to the event
