One question, why did they go on the M4 surely that is putting a load of extra miles on the journey

I was wondering that myself, the M4 is completely the wrong direction unless you're off to anywhere between Swindon and big London.

just had a look and i might have mis heard as i am deaf in one eye
could be the 42 from Hereford

indeed it was the M42 ... he is also deaf in his HEADLAND ..
