Not today but Madine will be a major threat once he regains match fitness and receives some decent service that neither he nor Mani enjoyed today. Having 10 teammates on the pitch instead of 9 would also help of course.

Scores 25 goals last year what do we do take him off, have apparently the best player in the division, what do we do? Have him on the bench.

Im struggling to see how this is any better than askey who didnt get the chance to bring in what sarl has.

I thought he was brought on to late.
More time on pitch Mite Get more service.
We play a system that's boring and very limited chances for our mint forwards to score.
I don't think any of them have headed the ball this season never mind a header on target.

But don't panic thst Darlo reject crock is back on the subs bench in October.

Even the rose-tinters are abiding by the no excuse palava.
That's how bad this is.

Wrong game for Madine imo, we looked even less likely to score when Mani went off). And I don't think Madine even won a header did he?

He's probably used to quality crosses coming in from both wings.
Not long all shit from the halfway line.

Got the best front line in division by a country mile.
But without service what they supposed to do.
Last 2 games Grey n Manny having to create there own chances which isent easy.
Our defence seems a big improvement.

For me a major problem in midfield still especially going forward.

Sarly Gunna have to swallow his thuggish pride style.
And go down the 2 winger route which KP wanted.

There's still 40 games left.
It's on to him now and amazingly I actually feel sorry for Raj if this season goes tits up.

September meggerly important now.
UTP.

unless the correct service is given to both they are going to struggle getting into double figures. if things carry on as they are doing both will be pissed off before the season is over.

Mani was getting more joy than Madine with the limited service.

Ive seen enough to say Madine wont score many goals for us playing the way we do. He could happily operate next to Mani D if we had decent wing backs and decent wingers - I think DS had an idea of how we needed to be and how he wants to play. The surprise additions of Campbell and Madine changes this dynamic all day long - given I think he would want different players in now had he had a crystal ball. But wouldnt every manager after a recruitment drive and 6 games in where it hasnt exactly worked. I know unbeaten blah blah... but yeh against shite and still not us playing good football. Another player crocked and we still need a CB for me.
