He played 4 times for 1st team of which 1 was in League. He is captain of U21s. He is only here till January to cover for injuries so we will wait and see if he can hack it. We all know D.S. is not a great believer in playing inexperienced young players and has loaned some out. That tells me the manager must really rate the lad.

Derby have a very good academy set up - didn't that lad who scored loads of goals for the Heed at the end of last season come from there?

came out of no where this and surprised we are seeing a loan so early with what DS was saying so yeh he must cut the mustard for sure.

according to reports the lad can play RB and CB too and some of the Derby fans want to see him find his best position - so dont be surprised if we see him play across the midfield or even swap with Stephenson one game ?

cup games will come soon so id imagine be good for him to feature in those and us not risk Hunter or Sheron etc...
