Once I saw it I was a bit wary as clubs with the always seemed to have an advantage with the way the ball runs and overreacts….no matter how much some people say they’re just the same they most definitely are not.
Looking at the pitch in the warm up it bizarrely looked ‘wet’ a trick of the floodlights I suppose.
Sooner they ban them at this lever the better.
And before any smart arse says it, it was nothing to reflect on our performance

I really dont know why they are tolerated except for training.
The home team who are very familiar with it have an advantage.
Ok its supposed to be a level playing field but this is a step too far.

It's not a level playing field that's for sure. And it's got a slope which again is in the home teams favour. How many of us played on a slope and new that before the game but as soon as the game starts you stop thinking about it.

i personally like them for running on. at least i could get around the pitch on them unlike mud baths where my legs were going but my body didn,t. think they are fine up to a certain level of the game and make a lot of money for clubs that have them. yes they are an advantage to the home side if they sign players who can actually play on them and like them. those who have all the stats i just wonder if those who have them do have a better home record than ones who have not. they are a far cry from the 80,s one at preston and just wonder what is the worst. artificial surfaces or ones bone gard and rutted where the ball can shoot off at any angle.
