Favouritism that, Can,t you have a row of heated chairs for the Bunkerites.
Depends on how much I have to spend and of course there would be a selection process.
Ban him Derwent, he drives a roller (steam)…he has a yacht ( sank off Treasure Island in Ward Jackson, torpedoed by a randy Mallard)….has a private jet ( when Airfix finally deliver it)…..far too high up the social scale for the likes of us humble folk. :angry-tappingfoot:
Then I’ll be going to the LIDL for a sourdough.
If I get banned I will be taking my case to the ECHR, The convention established the European Court of Human Rights (generally referred to by the initials ECtHR). Any person who feels their rights have been violated by a message board.
Everyone knows what the ECHR is, so stop the patronising yawn2
You must have a victim complex…..I was referring to Greyhounded .
Y’know Greyhounded, he has a sense of humour
Somehow can’t see him rushing to the ECHR

You included yourself in a post not even mentioning you
ECHR my arse, you really are going over the top now.
You can apologise any time for your rush to condemn and mistaken identity :angry-tappingfoot:
Snowy I am taking the p***.

How much does the average hit man charge in Thailand???? Asking for a friend, well really a lot of friends.

Hitmen are very cheap, people have been murdered by debt collectors just for not paying a few hundred quid, it’s to frighten the others off to pay their debts.

Daddyand Mummy had to go to work to pay the fees so the bus provided by the school was the only option.

I was waiting for you to come down from the clouds….So basically it’s a load of bollocks, as suspected all along.
No real local knowledge whatsoever…..
Did you ever even go to Thailand or was it Sunderland.

He went to Thatcham

Apparently it’s just like here according to the great explorer…but if that’s the case….. why go…. sctatchinghead

Cheaper cost of living, I couldn’t live on my State Pension in the U.K. I can here , no Council Tax, lower energy bills, lower fuel prices, lower food prices and the weather, wake up every day to sunshine.

When you look at Southend crowds it's amazing that they ever got into massive debt. Crowds after 1st home games tell a lot about who should be doing well.

1/ Southend 7962
2/ Oldham 5552
3/ Pools 4452
4/ Yeovil 3646
5/ Aldershot 2564

8/ Halifax 1638

Based on one game we get 246 more than 5th place Aldershot and 8th place Halifax combined. We get 992 more than Gateshead / Flyde & Braintree combined. We also get 308 more than D& R / Maidenhead & Gateshead combined.

And yet we've been in debt to someone most of my lifetime. Attendances don't relate in any fixed way to financial standing, just a part of clubs income.
Over the years Southend have had some huge financial boosts after selling players which would have been a fair chunk.

That makes you think - the question it asks me is when will we have a better chance to get out of this bloody division?

Could you live on your basic State Pension Snowy as a single person with out having to top it up ?
Flights don’t come into it as its not a regular expense albeit I am coming in October.
2 bedroom fully furnished house with 2 en suites, houses are rented with furniture here, European kitchen £350 month, electricity £50 a month, gas bottle for cooking £10 which lasts for 3 months although with the decent weather we can cook outside using charcoal on a BBQ.
Health costs are cheap here, you can walk into any hospital government or private without an appointment and see a doctor, Dentists similar. Thailand has a well respected health care system, people travel to Thailand for treatment as it’s cheaper and readily available.
What other costs is there to add to your myriad of other costs Snowy ?
Top bottom Snowy you have no idea about the cost of living here as you have never been here.

I don’t see many Hartlepool pensioners on the basic pension pulling up sticks to move to Tenko territory somehow.
And I have no intention of ever going anywhere near the bleedin place either.
I can see no possible reason to live in some Far Eastern version of Scarborough watching the clock tick by in the steamy heat.
As regards my pension, I realised from day one that my pension would need topping up and made provision for it so I could live comfortably on an income that was better than my final wage.
You obviously have to make sacrifices and invest in a pension, but some people just can’t be arsed to do so.
Bigger fool them.

Myriad of costs you never answered, typical Snowy just like a politician, never answer the question. I have been to Scarborough but I can say Thailand is nothing like it and you can’t compare as you have never been to Thailand.
You appear to forget everyone is different Snowy, expats are scattered through out the world in Europe and South East Asia.
Watch this vlog about a fella from Redcar who lives in Thailand explaining how much it costs him to live a good life in Thailand.
