I hadn't even noticed that the OS has quietly gone back to referring to the ground as Victoria Park. Nobody who didn't have to ever referred to it as the Suit Direct anyway.

It will always be the Vic and Hartlepools United for me. Just don't like change.
Pity the Westgarths are still not in charge!

It’ll only stiffen one part of the defence.., on the bright side, they’ll be able to trip opposition tricky wingers.. at waist level

One thing Suit Direct did do was smarten the appearance of the ground up especially on the Clarence Road side although the club have not kept it up,with weeds visible on the outer walls. This job should have been done by Lee Rust and Rose Stoker so we can see they do something positive for the club and not just steal a salary. If they are so good we would have been told in advance who the new ground sponsors are. Answers please.

I dunno, how easy is it to get a decent ground sponsor in for a club that finished mid-table in the National League? It'll be a piece of piss next season if we win the league this. Then again, if we'd done anything at all during Suit Direct's time they'd probably still be here.

And Lee Rust is long gone - thankfully.

If you mean the giant weeds in the guttering it's been sorted already. Strange I mentioned that back in June and within a week hey presto.

Com on you have to give a doom monger something to moan about even when he didn’t know someone wasn’t even at the club now.

yes they can call it what they like but all fans new and old will always call it the vic. why do not sponsors call it something like their name plus victoria park at the end. until recently calling it suit direct victoria park would hve sounded better. please please on ground sponsor with new world green credentials thankyou. do not want to be forest green mark 2.

Even the interviewer on the Pools Youtube website refers to it as the Vic
