Does anyone know why the first 3 games are at home

Maybe cause their pitch turns to shit come winter time.

It was because Barnets home pitch wasn't ready on Saturday so they switched it.

The fact Halifax pitch turns to a swamp after some winter rain is a bonus, that they get a good run of home matches in August out of the way.

It's because they are having a new pitch laid

Surely the National League should have penalised them for not doing it in the pre-season

The only thing I can find that may be a reason is roadworks around the ground in the first 2 weeks of August
