Yes and it might rain today so maybe not a good idea to go out!

Gray I keep saying to all of you to have a chat with the bloke if you get the chance. He is very approachable I have had 3 chats with him and the man is not just extremely knowledgeable about football and tactics he seems to understand the game inside out. I did psychology many years many years ago and can tell you now the man is 100% percent genuine. He wants to interact with the fanbase and get us all on board to help his plans to get us out this swamp. No matter what happens going forward I can confidently say now he is the most honest manager we have had in my 50 odd years of following Pools the other was Neil Cooper.

i get that about him too Leggie - hes not just a southern womble talking out his ass. He knows the crack both on and off the pitch.

tbh i think hes the best and most real gaffer since DC. if he takes us up too he will also go down in pools history

personally i,d rather have a chat with him than DC although you cannot take anything away from him as a manager both before and after his time with us. only met DC once at a charity match when he was among ex stockport players playing a supporters side that my lad played in. found him a bit distant myself and gave the impression of him rather being somewhere else.

If you watch the end of match celebrations when the players go over to the supporters after clapping the fans some of the players turn to go back to the dressing room, Sarll is clearly heard saying where are you going stay here which they did. As he has said we are all in this together and must stand as one.

yes and its our job to stand by them as well on a bad day if they are seen to be putting a shift in when its obviously not going to be our day. our job is shouting down the gobshites if they kick off wanting us all to hear their views.
