Hope it goes well for the lad. Think Sarll sees more potential at the minute in the 17-year-old, Joe Aungiers.

Surely this is Pools are clearing the decks to make a few more signings? Surely can't be two out, none in - can it? confised

From what I’m hearing Blyth as a club are really struggling.

The wage is neither here nor there - it's another body out of an already small squad.

Must have the smallest Squad in all the Vanarama Institution.

Sarle obviously believes Storey is not ready for league football. At best he would just make up a number on the bench. Surely it’s better for the lad to go out and gain expierence and play regularly than sit on the bench twiddling his thumbs.

yes, but not at a club who might struggle. doubt young players learn much from clubs who struggle or piss a league either.

Coming up 19 years old, whilst I am not an expert in coaching but what benefits will it bring to his game getting the s*** kicked out of him with the opposition. Far better at Pools playing for the youths and the occasional seat on the bench, Pools had had younger first team players than him Boydie for one.

He will learn more their than he will ever learn at youth level.
Ask him where he would rather be, I have no doubt he would sat Blyth.

Big season for him--he should look at Joe Grey--never convinced until 2nd half of last season when he came on a bit physically and now looks excellent at this level--players mature at different times

totally agree. he always seemed to lack confidence and finally found it and drew up overnight. was it him alone that did it or somebody not at the club anymore who we can thank for it. if we do have a sucesful season it will be totally to the credit of sarll alone and not the work of previous managers who brought part of this team to the vic.

Not sure but I think he may not be eligible for youth team.
