Nope I don’t sit in the sun drinking beer, never have done,I don’t sunbathe either, white as a sheet.
Yes it’s warming up here 31c feels like 38c with the humidity, forecast to be the hottest year ever, the biggest problem is the humidity which makes it feel a lot hotter, next 4 months are the hot season.

drunk beer once in the sun and ended up with a hangover to end all hangovers. never lye in the sun either and always wear long sleeves which i,ll roll up on a cloudy day but quickly pull em down if the sun comes out.

For some reason most British people like a tan, in S.E. Asia it’s the opposite they cover up even to the extent of using whitening lotion. It’s a status thing if you are tanned it means you work outdoors in lower class employment.

Got the wife out in the back garden yesterday with the old fashioned "push me" mower whilst I sat with my feet up watching to make sure she did a good job.

My Father swore by the push lawn mowers with the rotary blades, they gave a better cut than any of the electric flymo type ones.

Cut my grass in January and again in February, It's all that bloody rain we've had and a rise in temp and off it goes.

Come on Jamie it was hard labour, me Granda always collared me to cut his grass and it was like the Ponderosa when I was 14, then thought he was being Lord Bountiful when he gave you two bob.

Just makes us uncomfortable, then it turns to frustration, then anger, then it kicks off…….if I had a rifle I’d shoot at that big irritating ball in the sky rakxe
There…that’s better.

well i,m quite dark but dislke the sun the same. do not mind it warm if its cloudy. have always said if its cold you can put more layers of clothes on but there is a limit to what you can take off. wish fatties, especially women realised that.
