Described himself as a ‘winner’ in his first interview after he signed, what of fuck knows, wonder if he would have the self awareness to say he’s played for the last almost 2 years in a grossly underachieving team, based on results loser is a more accurate description unfortunately

more than most of our players you never know which cooke will turn up from one game to the next. there is no half measures with him being very good or the opposite.

We need someone in midfield who is mobile to do the tackling, ball-winning, and get about the pitch to give Cooke time on the ball. He's better when Wallace and / or Crawford are in the team.

Cooke yesterday was abysmal, How he was allowed to continue the full game tells us all about the coaching.

Cooke is very inconsistent, a moody type of player, only plays when he feels like it.

possibly because we can only make 3 subs and there is always a chance he might do something spectacular which never looked likely to happen yesterday.

We took off a grafter in midfield (unless injured), Don,t want to upset the senior players do we.
He has trouble recieving and controling a pass. Does not challenge or track back anywhere near enough.

He,s a passenger most of the time, We can,t afford that at the moment.
We need players who put a shift in.

If he was a car, he’d be a single seater with space only for himself and like Italian super cars he performs intermittently and not very robust.
We need more Land Rovers and JCB’s in defence.

Hopeless and a complete waste of money ..just like his hair transplant.

On big wages and thinks he is the big I am.

Yesterday played as if he was hung over after having had a skinful on Christmas day.

Shocking.
