Yeah, I agree but then what would you expect? He can hardly come out and say "We are shite and we know we are." He has to try and sound positive. Last season loads of Pools players were saying how confident they were we would beat the drop. Players and staff have to be positive, thats the protocol.

We are going to put it right at York! Sorry David your not watching what we are watching. We will get slaughtered at York because this lot bar one or 2 are not fit to wear the badge. No committment, no desire, failure to follow instructions, lack of awareness, lack of skill, lazy incompetent and a disgrace to the supporters. Sorry I am
furious. I am sick of hearing the same excuses. Now I have got it off my chest!!!!

One thing for sure Askey will be desperate to win at his former employers. Isn't that were we got Fergie from too?

He might be desperate Kettering but his instructions are falling on deaf ears. Askey said his style is not to shout at players but sometimes you got to give them the Fergie treatment. This lot are so complacent it’s laughable . Mark my words the depth of skill
on show in comparison to the opposition was massive. We where lucky, very lucky to take a point yesterday. If it wasn’t for Dixon yesterday there would more supporters angrier than me today. Mark my words this is one of the worst teams I have ever seen wearing a Pools shirt. Never say die, I don’t think so. Reality check Mr Askey!!!!

Kevin…you say this before every match…. although like a thousand chimps banging away on a typewriter coming up with the works of Shakespeare by chance, it may happen.
Travel in hope, return in despair.

cannot see how bawling and effin and jeffin at players totally lacking in confidence is going to work. our problem is no leaders on the pitch and too many need an arm round their shoulders. it does not help when players know they,ll be getting at least a spot on the bench and there is no need to put a real shift in on matchdays. never say die has become a sick joke when you make opponents look worldbeaters and they clearly are not.

Ferguson has been very poor this season so far. His performance at Halifax was abysmal, he appears to distracted and lacking concentration.

He's not - you never see him trying to gee anyone up on the pitch. Interview was full of platitudes with an air of 'it's all water off a duck's back to me.' If he was feeling the pain of throwing away another 2 points at the death he did a bloody good job of not showing it!

possibly because he realised his team were lucky to just get one. i certainly was in the end as it was too good to be true if we had held out.

possibly it shows the type of characters we have at the club when fergie got the job in the first place. who really are the other options thats if they want it in the first place.

Have we signed Massey Ferguson the tractor manufacturers as there’s been some agricultural performances.

Arthur needs to change captains ASAP. Give it to Sweeney he does more shouting from the bench than all the team plus Arthur and his side kick together.

Hey Peterlee has every chance. The Apollo structure aka The Pavilion would probably sway it.

Players probably say to each other on the pitch. What are these idiots on about!
While they do a team huddle to decide which town or city they goin to for drinks.
Anywhere apart from Hpool.

I don't do TripAdvisor reviews, but if I did...

You've not smelled proper piss until you visit The Apollo Pavilion.

The condensed cock-juice of a thousand tramps - whose only sustenance seems to be liquid shit.

I tried to take some photos, but my lens was instantly fogged by the rancid yellow vapour emanating from every crack in the concrete - and they were legion.

Would make an ideal bus stop in Chernobyl.

Feths interview wasn't much better.
Plenty of blowing up his own arse about these defeats are only by one goal since he returned and hes happy with his form.
These pesky referees playing to much injury time.
Bastad fcuken my prediction rite up. :angry-tappingfoot:
