Here goes... A clean sheet for f......sake.
A train set. Never had one as a child. Must include a steam engine, proper guards van and goods trucks plus maroon carriages for when its a passenger train.
A properly repaired Heugh breakwater.
Some decent defenders and a couple of midfield enforcers.
Morells pie shop here in Cornwall.
Massive lotto win on the Euro to buy a stake in HUFC.
A proper green jumper for the goalie to wear.
Bold blue and white striped shirts with less frills on them for outfield players.
Some assistance for Manni D before he loses interest.
To each bunkerite their most wished for thing.
A goal for Josh.

Funny that about the train set..I asked my dad for one when I was 8 and he gave me a lecture and said it was about time I grew up and was too old for one sctatchinghead banghead
So I bought a load of train gear up a couple of years ago but I’ve nowhere to put it….I’ll have to extend my bunker this year.

A lot of the toys back in the day are worth quite a bit to collectors, think you also needed to develop an imagination with toys then to play with them which is no bad thing.
One thing I’ve noticed over the years is the kids who always wanted to grow up quick and discard toys ended up with the adult equivalent in later years.

I wish for Santa to persuade a rich person to to buy Pools and finance rapid promotion.

My youngest son was born on 25th December 1988, yes 35 in 5 or so weeks and still lives at home, with his wife, so Santa can buy them a nice little house, leaving his Mum & Dad to rattle around an empty house.

possibly the plastic crap given away at mcdonalds have really gone up in value more than expensive items like OO guage train sets that were looked after and sold on eventually to other kids families. as for santa,s present to me just a drive again in a late 30,s lagonda would make an old man happy thinking about his lost youth and dooing a ton between yarm and thirsk on the old A19.

That’s a miracle not a wish, only Jesus ever did miracles.

A model Q6 numbered like the one on the NorthYork Moors line 63395. These were the mainstay of freight locos in the north east. Also the swift return of our Frenchman.
