He doesen't but how much longer before DC sees something in him? Feeling pretty low after today and rumours like the black market keep us going a bit longer. On a serious note. Why did he leave Halifax?

Mani is an excellent player at National League level but I'm not sure he has what it takes to play at the top of League Two bordering on League one. Certainly DC is getting players from clubs at a higher level than us. I gather Mani left Halifax because they couldnt afford his wages.

plus he said he didn,t like the style of non football or anti football he thought they played when he was with them. just think how good we would look starting with wreh and grey up front if he did leave us in january.

If Mani left I suspect relegation to NL North would be more or less nailed on.

like so many posts and comments when we are doing bad. one thing is there is more to read on the bunker now than if everything at the club was plain sailing.

Hi Snowy. A bit pointless yes but what I was really trying to say is that somebody somewhere will have noticed how well Manni D has done in amongst these dismal performances and if this goes on much longer its nailed on he will want away or be lured, sold whatever. He seems a lovely likeable lad who appears to get on with his team mates but for how long? As others have hinted Pools would be absolutely King Kanute without Manni D in the side. Unless of course Josh decides a few repeats of the Grimsby game would be welcome.

Well all the talk of Josh being sold for a fee Raj will accept in January is now dead in the water. Josh I like but surely no team will pay a decent fee now for a shadow player. So not having a go a Raj but maybe selling Mani for a good fee in January will work in his favour regarding recouping his dosh and leaving. Either way it will be a sad sad day if we do sell Mani in January and probably end in relegation unless the real Josh turns his season around which is possible given the fact he would then be top dog again. As for clubs in higher leagues not being interested in Mani I believe we will get lots of interest in him. My mate who is a very knowledgeable Halifax fan said he improved so much in his time there he could definitely play a much higher level and he knows his stuff he told me the same about Vardy well before others noticed. Some players don't show true potential until late twenties or later and Mani is definitely one of those and getting better and better all the time.

Not arguing with the point you are making but worth remembering the quality of the opposition trying to stop Manni. I reckon he could do a job in League 2 but clubs lookingto get promoted beyond that level wouldnt be that interested. I guess we will have to wait and see and I hope its a very long wait.

Don’t take it to heart, just a bit of light hearted banter and I’ve heard him speak and he genuinely comes over as a really nice bloke.
I rate the lad highly even if some on here are a bit sniffy about him.

He'll be kicking himself joining another team like that then.

If there ever was a most bollocks thread with a stupid meaningless title on the bunker award - then this is up there.

Capital letters in the title too - So I can have a shock and worry about Manni leaving on top of everything else.

What is the point?
