Raj is here today and we're in the NL, if he's not here tomorrow we could be out of business with the need for a phoenix club to arise from the ashes, that's the reality. Look at what happened to Darlo and they're bottom of NLN on a downward trend again.

I see where you are coming from but perhaps Darlo were not the best example to use  However, I look at the club and see that it is slowly dying anyway.

Personally I'm happier to stick with Raj than go bust. Defeatist, no realist, optimistic that better times are ahead in the long term, and god willing I'll still be going to the Vic a lot longer than our latest custodian (Raj).

Its not a clear choice between Raj and oblivion. More like a choice between slow death and chance of life.

Anyway, very respectfuly put opinion.

There’s a huge difference between a Pools and Darlo phoenix club and the is the council owned ground. Had Feethams still been in place Darlington could we’ll be a league club today.

If Raj walks tonight or tomorrow, the club could automatically into administration, but we'll have 8 weeks for the administrator to explain and lay out plans. However, we could get a new owner for about £10, if the new owners want to take all the debt on.
It would be more expensive for Raj to walk away, as hell leave out of pocket. That's why apparently he's looking for millions of pounds and won't sell up.
On the other hand, if he does walk and leaves the club in a bad state of affairs, at least we have FC Hartlepool at Greyfields to watch.
