The Wood look very ordinary are 0-2 could be 0-4. Beck dangerous up front for Solihull scored and will cas teams problems from set plays this season.Wood vulnerable at the back especially on breakaways. What happened to the tightest defence in the national league over past 3 seasons  Reckon Pools would beat them both on this display.

good time to play them at the moment. cannot see them struggling all season. makes those 2 wins with a new side out all that more important for us as what happens early season can have little significance to what happens later on when teams settle.

Watched the game so we should not be shocked we know in this league teams just lob it into the box by any means and hope for the best.
Look at the Barnet game hopefully now with lacy/manny in defence we can deal with this tactic.

standard for alot of these teams who dont have the good players and look like a Rugby League team

we have not yet faced a team who dont want to play football although Tuesday i suspected more of Maidenhead but we where just too good for them - if we can keep the ball and out class these big teams we will come away winners every time

shows how good we where on tuesday as we technically had the ball in the net 6 times - thats 6 successful (regardless of offside) attacks and on target attempts - we played our first 10 games last season with about 4 shots on target

Its what you expect from non league. why there are so many teams like this is beyond me. the last 6 teams promoted have hardly played with a team like that and the style they play. you need a mix of big lads and ball players.

Reading this thread after recent matches is eye opening.

And interesting about the big f**kers and Beck. Shouldn't someone in the club be reading this opposition intelligence?

If Hartleblue was picking the team it would read:

Killip
Big F**ker
Big F**ker
Big F**ker
Big F**ker
Big F**ker
Big F**ker
Hartleblue
Big F**ker
Big F**ker
Big F**ker
