Now't particularly against them but some of the comments are going to bite them on the arse. Two games in and they've won the league in a sort of 'We've seen the champions today' way.

Lets face it, up to now they've scraped a win against Tranmere and beaten Southend who are not even half the team that went up two seasons ago. They need to see how they do against the big boys like Forest, Swansea, Doncaster and Hartlepool before polishing the trophy just yet.

They're probably too busy polishing each others helmets to be polishing a trophy anyway.

Aye well having witnessed the colossal amount of shit they had to eat in the three months before kick off I can't say I blame them if they take the opportunity to shovel some back when they win a game.

Remember the Loids when we got relegated?? Well take all that, make it spiteful and multiply it by about 50. Repeat every day for 90 days.

And we are not even half the team that was relegated last season with yet more of our team on the way out.

We gave Wigan a run for their money pre-season who are currently I believe top of the Prem. Saturday v Sarthend was the best I have seen us play in the last 2 seasons. Belief is growing in the team and so it grows with the fans - 24k of us turned out to say so on Saturday. Of course we'll get our knock backs but I fancy our chances of at least getting back in the mix after what i've seen so far.

Ya gotta have faith and all that else there's little point though that said it doesn't particularly matter to me who the opposition are. I'll take any league just so long as there is a Leeds United.

Toellandback IS a great site though as you can see, i'm not one of those fans that doesn't rise to the bait. :sweeeet:

How old is Ken Bates?

Does he have an even dimmer witted son ready to take over at Leeds when he falls off the perch?

Not yet, we're eating first.

I'm 51 today Tigs.

However you wouldn't know it as I am an Adonis, as you can see in Saturdays programme. There is many a good tune played on an old fiddle.

So are we saying Leeds fans don't age as well as Pools fans?

Who's Joe Strummer like?

He sounds like some kind of second rate celebrity type guitar player who'd do backing music for Mulligan & O'Hare. sctatchinghead
