it isn,t just owners unless things are different at pools getting players to attend any fans events are difficult as they,d rather do anything else. its part of the contract they have with the club that forces em to be there mixing with the peasants.

They have now signed Tom Hopper from Lincoln. Apparently, when Covid hit, there owner scaled back the budget whilst his businesses struggled. Spent enough to keep them in the league, and didn't take any Covid loans. His businesses have now recovered, they don't have Covid debts, and he has increased his spending back to pre Covid levels.
