excellent inter-passing to make the chances for both goals, and both superbly taken by Foley.

However for their goal the right winger in acres of space to cross the ball. Admittedly a good cross, but it looks like it could have been prevented if the left back hadn't got sucked inside. It initially followed a poor attempt to control the ball by one of our players (Robson)? I also thought that the defenders in the middle lost the striker, to gave him a free header in the six yard box - suicidal!!!!
I can see why DW put their goal down to poor decision making.

Nelson completely misjudged the cross for their goal didn't he, which is why the guy got the free header. Budtz was glued to his line too. But the first mistake was clearly Robson's.

I have to say Foley's two finishes were about as clinical as I've ever seen. Wham bang thank you ma'am who needs a second touch.
That's the kind of goal he was scoring for the reserves and it's what Barker and Moore didn't look like doing on Saturday.

The guy crossing the ball had tons of room. I don't know what you expect budtz to do with that sort of cross? If he'd of tried to claim it he would of ended up in no mans land.
It soundsed like jan had a good game the other night so maybe he should start on saturday.

Yes the guy who crossed had too much room but crosses have to be dealt with and on this occasion I feel Nelson and Budtz could have done better between them.
