cooke wont be fit enough - nor would i want him playing against Sutton, he is clearly carrying a niggle on that left Knee. They will tear him a new one... Id have Sylla in the Midfield and Unfortunately stick with all we have in Murray being at the back. Can see it being Murrays fault if they score (which they are going too for obvious reasons).

also interestingly enough Sutton signed Matty Ridley from Whitby Town (local lad from the town) Towering CB.

Yeh nothing against Umerah but think Maguire is likely a step up from him and need to play our best team

I take your point on Cooke--a lack of physicality in the team is a problem--I dont think Shelton or Crawford help much in that regard either--maybe we play Maguire and Umerah with 1 behind

I think Sylla (if fit) and Sena in the middle with Mcdonald or Oduor infront of them with Maguire and Umerah up top. There is some strength in there to match Sutton at least. Wing backs getting crosses in to two strikers could make a difference.

yeh i think with SYlla and Sena both holding Mids and 3 CBs it could be just backs against the wall from the 1st minute but I do agree your point on 2 up front and getting the strikers closer to one another

i would like to see Odour start - hes clearly good enough for L1 and played Championship football.

we have the players its just the formation we cant seem to settle on our best - i feel for PH as he knows himself there is a great team there (albeit not quite as fit as they should be like). Just hope we do get to see a run of our strongest team as i dont think yet we have seen it

thought odour did enough to get longer on the pitch than he did and cannot be far from getting the nod to start. going back to tuesday when things did go right for the team we looked far better than crewe but are so irratic. somehow crewe always looked better as a team with inferior players and made far less uninforced errors in play and judgement.
