Suprised, I wouldn't give him a game for Peterlee! Over confident little shite found his level maybe

Blimey, I didn't realise that Neale Cooper was at Peterhead. I suppose Icey being there makes a bit more sense than it did a few minutes ago!

I didn't. Arrogant little article. I disliked Gordon Watson for the same reason, but at least he had a bit of justification for it.

Yes that would be great. But would he ever come back?

I never disliked Istead, but then again I didnt know him or ever meet him.
Just thought he was a one trick pony (feint inside, go outside, run with the ball, hope to get in the box and fall over) with little talent and an inability to cross the ball.
Good luck to him though - and of course Sir Cooper

Istead was fucking awful. Ah them happy days shouting at Scotty for bringing that useless sod onto the pitch. All he ever did was constantly lose the bal, fall over and give needless free kicks away.

Was always a bit gutted he never got subbed on and then subbed off again like that other usless f***** Robinson. That was hilarious.

one thing icey did have was speed but was never able to utilise it to the betterment of his game
he thought he was a better player than he was

Just to bring you folks up to date with Icey. We've just spent a few days in Arbroath and took in the Forfar v Peterhead match on Tuesday. Icey was his usual self taking an opportunist goal following a goalmouth melee from a corner. We spoke with Coops after the game for a couple of minutes and he said that he had got his appetite for the game back, and judging from his touchline " instructions " the same vocabulary is in use both to players and officials. He sends his fond regards to Poolies. I'd post a copy of the programme but my technical knowledge doesn't go that far......or should that be forfar?
