Seems he's banned for a few games, must have done something pretty heinous to be banned that long...attitude problem maybe?

He pushed james Curtis away after being dragged down in a headlock!!
I know he's a Loid but the red card did look a bit harsh

the ref should get banned for a few games for allowing the indident to escalate by giving charman a free kick straight away for being held. the holding became the headlock which charman reacted to. then he decided to react to the situation.
