as many as that. they,ll need a warning before entering the vic as it could be noisy and they might feel a little frightened. in fact last night the poolies attending were credited by a bradford guy as the best away fans they,d seen all season. however the police and steward presence did look a bit OTT.

Sorry Mr Accy but that poor excuse for a referee should not be allowed anywhere near a football pitch ever again. Molyneux was in a heap and he initially ignored it which was unforgivable, especially when just a few minutes earlier Mols was involved in a clash of heads. There is a protocol regarding head injuries and if he is a so called good learner, he has failed to learn that. For all he knew Mols could have been suffering a delayed reaction to the previous clash of heads. It could have been life threatening and no referee can afford to ignore that.

If Grey had been shot by the defender he still would have waived any penalty claim. Grey was tripped. If the ref disagreed why didn't he book him for diving.

I am aware of "honour among thieves" but the referee's behaviour was indefensible and he needs to be severely censored at the very least.

He was totally wrong in his treatment regarding mols injury even though he might have thought our lads were going down easily to possibly disrupt the game. Joe did not dive but for me he gave the impression of tripping himself up over the lads outstretched foot or leg. Not sure where his position was when the incident occured but i doubt his view would have been as good as the camera angle was. if it had been the other way round i doubt any of us would have been happy with the decision being against us for something exactly the same. pity i have lost contact with him as i,d love to hear his explanation of the mols incident. not sure if he should have got the game anyway as i think he lives the other side of huddersfield which for me is a bit too close a distance away for me.

Yeah every 50/50 seemed to go to Bradford. As I said before I was happy to see us performing some dark arts of our own as a lot of the Bradford treatment seemed to get overlooked, about time we were streetwise for a change.

As for the Mols carry on I thought he was completely out of order, even our physio gave him a load of verbals when he ordered Mols off the pitch.

Not a penalty for me and we would have been up in arms if it was given against us.

If I was Mols I would ( through a solicitor) send footage of the proceedings to the relevant authorities asking for an explanation and/or their take on it. We either have a protocol or we don't and we can't have the situation where referees are allowed to put their own interpretation on it, which could lead to extremely dangerous outcomes.
If he is deemed to be totally wrong, as you say, then it needs to be made clear to him that any repeats of his totally wrong behaviour will be stamped upon.
Player safety is of paramount importance and I find it abhorrent that any "watering down" should be allowed to creep in.

In my workplace ... The Ref would be marched... never to see the green of a football pitch again. A clear abhorent disregard for HSE rules. Why should sporting positions be treat any differently ? its a place of work at the end of the day. Needs to be looked at by the FA ! If i was DC id be making a formal complaint. Boydy even mentioned that he hadnt seen anything like it before, whereas the Ref deems the player fit and uninjured and orders him to carry on. This isnt the 1950s. The fact he was shocking throughout this little matter didnt help at all. Just glad we came away with the 3 points !

The attempted shot from the drop ball was also criminal from Bradford.

It was a foul. I’m sure the ref is a smashing fella. A few learning experiences from the game shall we say.

t he goal would not have counted anyway if it had gone in. you cannot score direct from a dropped ball. ben didn,t need to touch it but you cannot blame him really with the mols incident.

think the club should be asking for an explanation about the whole incident from the original clash of heads to when mols finally left the pitch or field of play as they call it. just because we won is no reason to forget about this incident.
