Good on that landlord!

abstaining isn't good enough, there needs to be genuine opposition and not fence sitting. As much as that muppet Oliver Dowden and the DCMS have done sod all for football, I cannot even name the shadow secretary of sport (or whatever title they have).

this may go away as quickly as it started but could also put starmers position as labour leader in some jeopardy. jo stevens a welsh mp holds sport as part of her long title.

There's no need for either Jo Stevens or Starmer to jump on the bandwagon..Villa superfan Prince William and Boris who supports all London teams are already on the case.

I was talking more about non league football, in regards to spectators, loans not grants etc.

The government have actually done a semi decent job so far criticising the european super league. Probably because less matches on british soil equals less tax for them.
