A certain team were beaten by Tamworth last night.
And we all know what happens to league 1 teams who get beaten by Tamworth.

Keep this even quieter, It was reserves playing :grin:

someone in their wisdom arranged games on the same day/a couple of days apart.We had 2 games last night one tomorrow, one on Sat and Villa on Tuesday!. I've been to a few of the friendlies, wasn't impressed with the first one at worcester, Halesowen was kids again. Last Sat was Blues and although we lost 2-0 It was a great match and we were unlucky.If we can play how we did against them for the season I will be more than happy. We have quite a good squad now.

In Neale Cooper's first season at one stage the average age was ridiculously low, something like 22. I'm glad there are a few (not too many) 30-ish players in the squad now.

I think DD is working on the assumption you need a few old heads to help being the kids on.We have a fair few youngsters coming through so will need the experienced players to balance it up.I'm that excited about the new season I've even sponsored a player :grin:
