...this is what I would do  , Magloire is too good to warm the bench, so I would put him in midfield to simply utilise his pace to win the ball, or put him in defence and move Odusina into midfield, we desperately need some bite in there. Try something different someone else in central midfield, mix it up a bit, we've become too predictable. Stick Liddle in there maybe. Experiment, the balance is all wrong. Move Ferguson forward and stick Bunney at left back?.

I was thinking about having Odusina into midfield the other day, he's got pace and can tackle. Would also like to see Josh Macdonald given a run of games, only seen him twice and both times he looked impressive.

Nothing wrong with trying different things out, as long as its trialled first in training or a practice match. For example we could try Oates at right back or centre back, as he going to excel as a forward at this level in a million years.

I am not even sure why Magloire is on the bench, was doing reasonably well , then had one below par game and dropped, DC IMO goes for his gun too quickly. May do a job in midfield but would rather see him back in the centre of our defence. Odusina on the other hand, I'm not sure why he is in the starting 11. Struggles to stay on his feet and always in danger of being sent off. His form has been largely insignificant since his partnership with Liddle ended. I can't see us seeing much more of Liddle I'm afraid, unless a new manager comes in.

Ferguson on the left in a 3-5-2 with Bunney at left back is an option.

The most important change at the back is putting Ravas back in goal. I'd rather watch him punching crosses and corners than Killip nailed to his goal line. The back four isn't good enough in the air to afford that luxury - not when half the teams in the NL rely on a couple of big units for their goals. Not to mention Killip's horrible rick for the third goal at Woking!

Agree about trying Magloire or Odusina in midfield. I'd go for Odusina. He had a good understanding with Liddle last season but hasn't looked as secure at the back this. Liddle has his critics but I don't think there's any doubt that his experience has been a big miss since he got injured. Hope he's fully fit and back in action in the New Year.

Ravas must return in goal as the short arse is utterly useless. Bunney must play in defence with Ferguson in midfield alongside Odusina and Shelton. Give Xavi and the captain an extended spell on the bench or better still move the pair of them on in the January window. Use their wages to bring in a Tommy Widdrington type midfielder.
