Anyone seen this website before?

Interesting , especially for those who have lived and or worked in the capital or just love the place, I enjoyed the pubs section.

Really brings it home to you , how much has changed in this country , both aesthetically and culturally, particularly over the last 25 years or so.

Some really dodgy looking pubs on there , some with macabre histories.

its over 10 years since i visited the place and will not rush to go back. only good thing is either sitting on a train at kings cross northbound or doing the same on a coach at victoria coach station. the kinks waterloo sunset always comes to mind when i,m down there.

Never seen that site before, just browsed through the South-East London pubs section surprised how many of those pubs i've been in especially in the Woolwich, Greenwich & Bermondsey areas.
The sports grounds section on the site is interesting & quite sad how these places have been left to rot.

The M25 is just the border to a foreighn country.
Don't class it as part of our England.
Will only cross that border if it's Pools related.
An overrated cesspit is being complimentary.

That would be 'The Victoria' the building is still standing, just.
There are hardly any pubs left near 'The Valley' now, most have been converted into flats, away fans are now advised to drink in Greenwich or the London Bridge area & get the train straight to the ground.

actually would be wary crossing that border as i might come across that congestion charge thing and would not have a clue what to do especially as i own two low mileage 20 odd year old diesel cars wondering if i,m allowed in anyway.
