Cheers Kev,I always get the faithfully bit wrong,not sure about the reduced penalty bit as that hints that I may be prepared to pay up in the end which Im not,they will have to go all the way & prosecute.

its bad crack like i wonder if the council can prosecute your passenger who may of been smoking and threw the tab end from the car.. well its the state of the country nowadays aint it the bounders at the council, the police etc would rather see someone prosecuted for dropping a fag end than removing someone from a house for selling drugs, having loud music etc.

Are you sure that someone has not just gave your name and address to get themselves out the shit?
We have these community police in Wrexham that police this sort of thing and it's easy to give a false name and address as no proper checks are made!
