240g Chick peas(drained weight}warmed in microwave for 90 seconds(makes a smoother paste)
80g tahini
juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp garlic puree
4-8 tbsp chick pea water (dependant on how thick you like it)
Good drizzle of olive oil

Blitz in blitzer

I'll give you the warming up bit. Fresh garlic Cloves are better, and I'll raise you Greek Olive Oil.
