Would have been our last game i wonder how it would have panned out.

Pubs bouncing, big crowd, great atmosphere, excellent win, planning of going to the play offs dreaming of promotion or oh well lets hope we can do it next year.

Game the season chesterfield away,we were superb.
Worst game dover at home horrendous.
Player of the season Nicky Featherstone.

If only eh......

We would have got into the play offs on goal difference.

yes if only. agree with your choices but thought stockport at home where a 2 nil victory did not show how superior we were to a side going for the play offs themselves.

I realized that last night, I also realized our final home game two seasons ago was also against Torquay too. Last Pools game I saw was against Notts...I am not sure if I regret missing the Ebbsfleet game or not.

They had all that bollocks with Munto Finance ten years ago didn't they. Promised the Premier League. They were linked with genuine superstars like Beckham and Figo. They actually signed Sol Campbell, and appointed Sven Goren Eriksson as manager. It was bonkers, but it was smoke and mirrors. I haven't followed them closely since, but I'm sure that period didn't help

Reminds me of the time Edgar Davids played for Barnet

Think it would've been a nothing to play for game , where we ran out comfortable winners. We wouldn't have made play offs thanks to getting beat off Chorley at home
