i will be hopefully sunning myself in my back garden at ahrtlepool near the schooner cant wait to get back home and enjoy the fruits of the town going to have "proper" fish and chips and a parmo and go home 2 stone heavier

Don't forget to get yourself up to speed with Bachata before you go. Dom Rep is the home of said dance.
1-2-3 kick (your hip that is) 1-2-3 kick.

Without doubt its my favourite bit of latin dancing, check out the most famous bachata tune on here along with a bit of the dance too.

I've done that once. They did a trial at once of the salsa classes. Was good.
