Got a MP4 files that's 28.2MB. I cant send it by email as it says the maximum size allowed is 25MB.
I want to send it to friends who are also on Facebook (if that could be used??)
Any advice please.

Have you got a onedrive, dropbox or google drive account? Stick it in the cloud and share a link to them so they can download it.

if it's a video you could upload it youtube and make it "unlisted", this means search engines won't find it but you can send the links to people.

although if you already have an account what ptbap said is the best advice, I find Onedrive the best as it's built into my phone, it can also connect to your hotmail/outlook which is part of your microsoft account
