So they've said we can't go out the house without a cast iron reason to do so and we can't have friends round unless we can make sure they don't come nearer to us than 1.50 metres. And there are plenty of bobbies making sure you comply. I'm not averse to getting pissed in the garden in the sun but I don't know if I'll still think the same in two weeks.
Poolies, mark my words, you have about a week to go out and socialise because this is going to happen to you too. Don't fool yourselves.

Yep, but it is all about the herd. Once the sick, elderly and poor have been exterminated the rest of the herd will be stampeding along to businesses like yours.

Boris has already begun his U-turn I see. With the turning circle of a supertanker, admittedly.
Anyway, rest assured, you will be made very welcome in the post-Brexit European quarantine club.

We're in it from today. Been looking at the consequences for work - dire is the best word I can come up with. Although if Macron sends a chunk of the €350 billion support package in the right direction the big compnaies might keep paying suppliers. Hopefully it is a condition of getting his cash.

In the meantime went to the supermarket and some fuckers had bought all the rice, pasta and cheese. Wine supplies were holding up well though.

The Supermarkets are the big winners in this mess providing they can fill there shelves up fast enough.

And them stock market traders in USA will make £millions out of this.

Them twats won't giv a shit about the rest of the world's population struggling to get by and trying to stay alive.

Very true Mr Gloves.

You can guarantee that those who control things will be making sure everything pans out in their favour.

In my heart of hearts, I hope once we get some kind of normality back, this will blow away shite zero hour contracts , shite sick pay, build hospitals, replace the beds that have been cut etc etc, but I fucking doubt it, I mean who would have imagined cutting everything to the bone?

You’ve even got not nice people robbing from food bank drop off points now

Sadly most the poor people accept it, as well as blindly following orders from a gov with a history of prolific lying.

At some point the supermarkets will have a dip. When this is over and everyone has full cupboards they won’t need to go shopping.

A lot of people didn’t bat an eyelid when he sued the NHS, at the very least He should offer his private hospitals to the NHS, if not the government should requisition his private hospitals

He’s a modern black marketeer

Some small shops and a good few hotels are all starting to close down here now.Anyone with a young family must worry about the journey ahead and it's looking bleak.
