Hands up if your mam had a Shire horses on the window sill.
Hands up if you had coloured plastic strips over the kitchen door.
Hands up if you had stone cladding.
Hands up if you had a trimphone.
Hands up if you had a PVC cream corner unit settee.
Hands up if you had a wallpaper with a huge flower design.
Hands up if your sideboard was jam packed with all sorts of crap.
Hands up if the one tidy part of your sideboard was the drinks cabinet.
Hands up if you had a piece of furniture with a mirror tiled centre piece that rotated.

What about the outside toilet during the winter BRRRRRRRR hence the bucket at the top of the stairs

Also seem to remember back in the late sixties or maybe early seventies coming home once and me dad had bought some sort of contraption that magnified the telly screen. Thought it was the best thing i had seen in my life at the time.

We had one of them in our toilet.
After a night out some of my mates turned her upside down and stuck chip forks in her
My mam found her in the morning.

My age is showing here as my grandparents had virtually all of those things.

And what about ashtrays on a stand? They're on a stalk type thing so they come up to chair arm height.
