Some glaring errors in that you’d almost think the author supported Manchester United when those games actually took place, Martin Scott was manager for that 2-1 win, Mark Proctor?

Also funny Hignett said in the latest podcast that if you are offended by his postage stamp comments then you are meant to be. I see loads of examples of him and the managers comment being absolutely right in the last week here is another.

To be honest I don’t get the point or tone of these articles and what they doing for the Trust? It’s crucial we back the club right now more than ever and these confusing digs at it are the main reason I have chosen not to renew my membership at this time. I am grateful it’s there but right now I don’t get this it’s like an ill judged fanzine article.

To be fair I think it’s a very small part of the article that is a bit of tongue in cheek at Higgys comments about the postage stamp. The remainder is a really interesting and balanced article about other trusts aims and for me also poses questions about if fan owned models can always work. Nothing wrong with that IMO and I am not sure how it suggests that the Trust are not behind the current owners.
