Dagenham played a friendly at Hornchurch this week and lost 4-2 however the following lines drew my attention:On the stroke of half-time Daggers pulled a goal back when Jack Munns was brought down. He took the spot kick himself, and although the keeper made a fine save, Munns followed up to force the ball over the line. Lets just hope it was atrial and that he does not play on Saturday and as with so many come back to haunt us!!

He touched the ball three times in that description (maybe twice if he was brought down off the ball).

He's matched his Pools endeavours right there.
