"We palyed really well, we were the better team, on another day we would have 3 points, the players are raring to go next game, pleased with all of them, an intelligent bunch of players, hurting in the dressing room."

Just glad we have got a club really.

Out of fuel 70mins 0-1 Bird 71...
Bates makes 3 subs in 78, 85 and 90+1 with only 45sec left to play.
Bates to say. We played well. We're on our way to win a game in the next 40 games or so.
Can understand why only 2100 fans are here when we sold 2800 tickets.

Poor first half, little movement, no threat.

As bad as them are they’re bottom.

We normally worse in the second half as well. !

Great glancing header by James from Donaldson cross.

As I said we are always worse in second half!

Big sigh of relief, hopefully weathering the storm there will give them a bit of confidence.

Hopefully the win will help but that last 15 minutes was about as bad as I have seen from a Pools team against a side who wouldn’t have looked out of place on a Sunday morning.

Hopefully that’s the monkey of their back when it comes to defending leads. Made up with the win after smashing up my house when that equaliser went in the other night!!
Onwards and upwards.

Not much of a storm to be fair. A corner and a long range effort

It was all self inflicted but hopefully the win help.

Noble played the last twenty minutes like he’d been on spice.

Featherstone is vastley underated. His goal yesterday was like watching Adam Boyde. He gets far too much stick on here, he wins plenty of headers and doesn,t turn his back when jumping, he,s never frightened to take a pass when under pressure and I,d like to see him take any free kicks we win around the box cos I bet he can bend it like Beckham.
