Won the lottery on Saturday but they have still not paid me out (only £13m) and have been on chat and phone to them and they are saying there was an issue with the machine Arthur and Stephen Mulhern has to manually go through each number?

Anyway it's starting to take the piss now, what can I do though? Is there a time limit for settling the lottery or anything? Is there a body to contact in regard to it etc?
