Won a 5 team accumulator on Saturday but Coral have still not paid me out (only £220) and have been on chat and phone to them and they are saying there was an issue with conference games being settled incorrectly and the traders are having to manually go through each bet?

Anyway it's starting to take the piss now, what can I do though? Is there a time limit for settling bets or anything? Is there a betting body to contact in regard to it etc?

as far as i'm aware you are bound by their T&C's, which probably covers this somewhere, so you've got no come back. I don't think there is any time limit to settle a bet.

However you will need to show you have followed whatever their interns dispute process is first.

But to be fair I imagine by the time you have done that you will have been paid out anyway

I did hence me saying I'd been on chat and phone to them. Shit vague answers as usual.

Gambling commission sorted it in 30mins, withdrew money, shut account and will use another site going forward.

So the gambling commission sorted it, and you didn’t need to ask on here.

You just wanted to brag that you had won a bet

Nah, theres at least 1 person on here who seems to work in the industry so seemed a decent place to ask tbh.

And congress tart gave me the link to gambling commission and told me to try them?

You are correct. Takes ages to load, constant crashes and menus are awfully designed.

Offered a promotion other day for a horse to finish top 3 at 11/4. You click it and it adds it to betslip but in the betslip it reads "to finish top 2 - 11/4" Amateurs.

Thankfully 365 let me reopen my account.

You're not having much luck since you changed your avatar.

Come to think of it, neither are Pools.
