Are you sure it's Ian Moore and not Sian Moore?

I think he's a good player, another one with vast experience from the upper leagues.

Must be getting on a bit though?

EDIT: - Having checked out Soccerbase he doesn't appear to be prolific, roughly a goal every 6 games. 72 goals in 424 appearences (101 from the bench). Loves the FA Cup though, 13 goals in 24 games.

He does appear to make Effion look prolific.

Have some faith in Wilson guys!! His signings have been nothing short of pure quality! He's getting a good blend of youth and veteran! People were moaning about Barker!! give the guy a chance

I don't think he can be as bad as Eifion. Although I'm not mega impressed, we shall see how it goes......

To be honest, after seeing the effects of climate change lately and all the flooding maybe Danny has made a good signing here. This 'bag of sand' may prevent Vic Park getting flooded.

Nice one Danny clappp

Oh no! You cant be doing that to him Mr Smythe / Holder !!

The lad needs a bit of time to at least settle in before he gets the 'Lormor' treatment

I think he will surprise us all. I am very happy at the signing, he will get you 12-15 goals minimum in League 1 next season.

Lets all give him a chance and not worry because DW knows what he is doing in the transfer market. 1 more signing expected this week and that might be it.... Roll on August !!!

I'm chuffed to bits with him.

I can't understand anyone turning their nose up at a striker who's played 323 League games at a higher level than us and commanded a couple of million pound price tags.

Live with it, we're Hartlepool and Michael Owen isn't interested.

But he's not very good.

And god knows how he's commanded the fee's that he has. But his goal scoring record is hardly prolific. Leeds fans say he's slow, can't shoot, can hardly control a ball.

2 Leeds fans I've just spoke to reckioned he was a good buy, tried hard and was pacey. Think he at least deserves a chance before being written off

Ben.

How can I say this nicely??

I can't really.

I don't really give a cow's bounder what you think. You've had your season in the spotlight, you've got half a team, a quarter of a ground, a laughable reputation and few fans. So come back and tell us how to go on in eight months time after it's all over. If you're still there.

kev do you wanna have a bet on which team has the highest average attendance next season pools or ( a few fans ) carlisle ?

i will take carlisle and as im feeling generous i will give you 2/1. rolfl

Attendances aren't fans. Attendances are numbers through the gates.

Added to which in Cumbria you watch football or fu ck sheep. Or both. There's fuc k all else to do.
