I think Coxall said that about the initial loan from the Swiss choccy thief who was banned from running a company rather than the Sage one but it was still bullshit all the same.

Please can we leave PJ alone, he's been brainwashed into believing the media. Disputing the written press is a hang-able offence where he is.

I still can’t understand how Sage are now in control when it’s always been the councils, unless the council approved of the deal?

The council own the freehold. Sounds like sage have a charge on the lease.
