One immediate (and scandalous) observation is that unless you register Poolie Pride as a political party you have the right to anonymity, the whole anonimity, and nothing but the anonymity.

Try less than that.

You should only be counting people eligible to vote, not the whole population.

The entire electorate at the last election was 68,636

Therefore that x 5% = 3432
