.......before a ball was kicked we and Orient will struggle in this league. They are right. They laughed in dressing room with going down chants at me today. It is like the early 1980s I am currently embarrassed to be supporting Pools.

Maidstone train 3 mornings a week and are 14th and we are allegedly having players in tomorrow and training 6-7 days a week, but not on a Tuesday, and we are 23rd.

Instead of watching videos in training just get them used to a time honoured shape with width and 2 banks of 4 in our own half to try and pass to a player in the same shirt and get a point on Monday against Guiseley. That is how big the crisis is from here.

Those calling for Harrison's head do not realise we have not got the money to pay him off and with Bates still on the pay roll we could not afford external appointments. In any other job you enter capability proceedings and give a person a set date and targets to achieve in that time frame.

This isn't any other industry.

It's an industry that relies on its customers being entertained for one and hopefully successful.

Sometimes busines session have to take calculated risks.

If pam comes out and says she can't afford to sack the manger then paying customers will drop to zero. Leaving the club with next to no income.

Pam is apparently a successful business woman.

She has a decision to make.

You are correct, there is a decision to be made. I'm still having trouble comprehending how badly the season has started .... and now it has to be arrested.
Crossroads time, plough on or take a new route.

Fair analogy - is it now so broken that it cannot be fixed?

Maybe stop thinking about ploughing and concentrate on digging in.

I used the term 'plough on' to signify hard going, which is what is being served up now. I'll rephrase it to....... Unacceptable shite and we need it sorted.

Maybe you were on to something unwittingly? We can't play on long grass, short grass, wet grass or plastic grass. How about we plough the pitch?
