Does 75 minutes on the pitch count as a pre-season? And if the insoles aren't a silver bullet for back trouble (they weren't for me) what then?

Hope he gets some more game time this weekend.

Back in the mid 80s we had a player called Peter Robinson who was advised to retire as he had an injury (cant remember what) that left him in agony after every game. Then they padded out his boots and he was fine, got got another year out of him before he left.
