The game was alright tonight quite open but the game last night was dreadful, the players looked visibly bored playing in a pointless tournament in nearly July. I went and made two cups of tea and covered as much ground as Ronaldo in 120 minutes. To make matters worse they are having a 3rd/4th place play off!

I saw it more as 2 decent , very similar in style sides, cancelling each other out. They are bound to be tired and Ronaldo was very poor. The Third place play off game could certainly be one to avoid. Portugal just grind you down, with Ronaldo usually getting the goals that get the win. Portugal were off the pace, Ronaldo seemed to go in the huff and it did look as though they had given up on winning well before the finish. Their penalties just summed their night up. At least England will be fresh next year, so fairly confident we will win the World Cup
