Little bit underwhelmed by this one, lets hope I'm proved wrong, sure Harrison knows what he is doing.

Still that's the sons of both David Cassidy and Charlie George we have on our books now , who's next ?

On another point I misread the thread title and thought we had signed George Lucas. If he fell out with the best player or Manager it really would be "Star Wars"!!1  bbolt bbolt bbolt

Spoke to a sensible work acquaintance today who is a committed Chester fan. I asked him about Luke George... he said 'we're relieved you've taken him off our hands.' He said Luke started off well a couple of years ago but performances went downhill and then was always injured. Would regularly illicit groans of dismay from the terraces. Didn't sound promising.
Having said that, Luke, if you're reading this, hope you prove my mate wrong! New start etc etc.

That said, depends sometimes on circumstances at a a club...... Look at us, manager goes, team transformed. Judge the lad on what he does, not the terrace whingers if his former club.

I'm willing to give him at least 35 minutes of the first friendly before I judge him

Totally agree- just a bit of comment though.

On a more positive note, my Chester fan mate said the league is a really good laugh. He reckons even if it takes us a couple of seasons to get out of it, we should embrace it and if nothing else it's good for brushing up on geography!!

He will no doubt shout and pump his fists a lot so that will keep most of our clueless fans happy.

I hope he's as good at football as his brother Jamie is at rugby.

The Chester fans make him sound like another Rakish Bingham. His name makes him sound like another Luke James.
