Probably needs a move rather than spending a year getting kicked about or worse being 'protected' and stalling his development.
One deal I wouldn't expect much income from immediately, more appearance/sell on based fees.

Even if a development fee is due, we are unlikely to see it. Both this Rangers and their predecessors tend to avoid paying what they owe.
