Mail reports that we might be signing Martin on a permanent move and that the Stewart reports are wide of the mark, but the other two could be happening. Lets hope the mail have it right for once clappp clappp clappp

David Martin is in the Gary Liddle mould...he can play numerous positions such as goalkeeper and anywhere in defence.

we broke the martin story on here a month ago. would say he is 90 per cent likely to sign.

kennedy has already agreed terms hasnt he ?

mcormack i would say is 70 per cent likely to sign.

stewart is the latest to have turned us down. geddin.

dufffy is still a possibility. must be 50/50 now his options are running out. dont care what anyone says, would love to see him in a pools shirt.

I'm just pointing out that he can play in defence as well, as he has done at youth level.

I thought that you may have meant that but I wasnt sure if it was a wind up. He surely cant be that good in defence? Im not aware of any goalkeepers in the football league who play 'out' although it would be interesting and would be useful should we fail to sign Wheater or indeed another centre half before the season begins.
